  • Statistical Expertise: Solid foundation in statistical techniques necessary for robust impact analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression modelling, and experimental design.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to translate technical findings into digestible narratives and visualisations for a non-technical audience.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical mentality with a talent for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Delivery Focussed: Results-driven and action oriented, able to act with both pace and accuracy, taking initiative to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Project Management Skills: You are capable of both executing independently, and providing end-to-end project leadership when needed
  • In addition, the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience in Impact Measurement: Past work in similar sectors (science, sustainability, education) with a focus on evaluating impact.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: sustainability metrics, life sciences data and metrics, or educational assessment techniques.
  • Collaborative Software Development: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
